Anastasia Trizna (FI)

Anastasia Trizna is a highly accomplished multidisciplinary artist with nearly 20 years of professional experience spanning acting, physical movement, singing, stage combat, stunts, and intimacy coordination. Having training and certifications in various disciplines and having knowledge of such special skills as horseback riding, mounted archery, and firearms training, Anastasia holds a diverse and impressive set of talents.

Anastasia has been working as a professional actor since 2008, and has been training with Nordic Stage Fight Society since 2017. She has been certified as Intimacy Coordinator through a SAG-AFTRA recognized program in 2024. Anastasia graduated as a NSFS Certified teacher from the NSFS mentor program in 2026, mentored by Oula Kitti (FI).

She has been working with independent and state theatres, including the National Theatre of Finland and Svenska Teatern, and has contributed as a fight director and intimacy coordinator to various theatre, film and TV productions. Anastasia has been teaching stage combat at universities, various workshops, and theatres. Her particular focus is working with violence and intimacy on stage and screen, with emphasis on consent and trust for achieving artistic freedom and high quality of performance.

As a dedicated freelancer, she works across a variety of genres, continually exploring new forms of artistic expression. Anastasia is committed to the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively integrating these values into her projects.
