WORKSHOP PRICES

This page explains how the workshop prices work. If you have any questions, please let us know at info@dramaticcombat.fi. 

The workshop price includes at least

• classes 
• lunch on training days 
• basic accommodation 
• weapon rental 
• certification fees 

The workshop price can be kept accessible thanks to the support from different funds.

DETAILS OF PAYMENT

When you register, you will be added to the mailing list so that you get all the workshop information. The invoices will be sent to everyone at the beginning of June.

You can find the list of different participation fees in the table below. After the registration you will be invited to the workshop mailing list and to the workshop participant Facebook group.

To get period discounts (mega-early bird or early bird) you are expected to register at the end of the period. In case the workshop is canceled due to COVID-19 and unforeseen restrictions, all the fees will be refunded. This does not include transfer fees and currency exchange rate difference.

PRICE TABLES

There are basically three things that might affect the participation fee.

First, if you are a personal member of NSFS or member of any national organisations, you will get a discounted prices as seen in the tables below. Please let us know which societies you are part of in the registration form.

Second, we have two discount periods of payment. If you registered to the workshop during the mega-early bird period (before 31.3.2022) you would have got the best price. The second, early-bird period is valid during 1.4.-30.5.2022. After May 2022, you pay the full price.

Third, there is a group discount for participants coming in groups of four or more people. Naturally we want you to bring all your friends with you! See the exact prices in the second table below. We will ask to list your travelling partners during registration.

The actual invoice will then come at the beginning of June.

IF you need to pay via PayPal, let us know your information via info@dramaticcombat.fi. There is an extra service fee by PayPal that is maximum of 45 euros that we need to add to the price if you use this method of payment.

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

The basic accommodation is included in the price. This option is a hostel accommodation a short bike, bus or metro ride from the training spaces. The accommodation price is partially reimbursed thanks to the support from Nordic Culture Point and Nordisk Kulturfond so even if you don’t need accommodation, you still need to pay the full price from the above table.

It is also possible to find accommodation on your own. We would still want to know where you are planning on staying during the workshop for the sake of emergency communication. See Practical Info for further details on where to find accommodation suggestions besides the ones we offer.
