Official Invitation to The Upcoming NSFS General Assembly 2026!
Dear Members of Nordic Stage Fight Society
We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming NSFS General Assembly 2026!
- Date: Sunday, 26 July 2026
- Time: 14:00 CEST (15:00 EEST)
- Location: During the workshop in Hamar, Norway (hybrid format)
The organizers will provide a solution for video calls and online voting, which will be communicated to you closer to the date.
Agenda, reports and elections:
If you have any proposals for the agenda, please submit the topics to the board by June 28th. The final meeting agenda will be sent out by July 12th.
We kindly ask National Organisations to submit their annual reports preferably by June 28th, and no later than July 5th.
Available Board positions:
We have several positions on the board up for election. We encourage all interested members to consider standing for the following positions and to contact the Election Committee as soon as possible:
- Substitute members of the board
- Two full members
- Teacher representative
- Auditor
- Substitute auditor
