The NSFS teaches in-depth fighting systems for many weapons and unarmed fighting styles that are in demand in theatre and film. It is possible to pursue this training on many levels – as an actor aiming for a wider range of performance, as an instructor of a unique movement system and pedagogical tool, and as a choreographer creating art.

In addition, this selection of disciplines cover various movement styles and weapons of very different use and size, and so gives an overall proficiency which can then be applied to almost any weapon or tool, making advanced practitioners very versatile.
