A certified NSFS teacher since 2003, she both teaches stage fighting and choreographs for theatre. Has given workshops in Norway, Iceland, Italy and Lithuania, and taught at NSFS Summer Workshops. Chairwoman of the NSFS since 2005. Beside stage fighting, she also gives workshops in acting and mime. Head of Theatre Production at Tromsø Culture School; divides her time between this work and freelance work as a stage fight instructor, theatre director, pedagogue and literary translator. Leader of theatre group Teaterverket Lit, and artistic leader of SE!NEXT Festival for Stage Arts.
