1. NAME AND PURPOSE
1.1. Name
The society’s official name is the Nordic Stage Fight Society (abbreviated to NSFS). NSFS’ address is that of the Secretariat.
1.2. Purpose
NSFS is a non-profit organisation and its purpose is to promote safety and quality in stage fighting, and thus to raise the artistic level of interpretation, choreography and execution.
1. NSFS will strive to standardise training for stage fighting in the Nordic countries and thereby be able to guarantee high quality.
2. NSFS will support historical research relevant to stage fighting.
3. NSFS will seek dialogue and cooperation with relevant equivalent organisations and societies.
4. NSFS will offer its members training and education.
5. NSFS will work under ethical responsibility. Members are obliged to avoid participation in projects that serve as propaganda for violent expression or totalitarian ideology.
